1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on bet999. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, different phone numbers or different payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name, a valid phone number accessible from Pakistan, and a date of birth that reflects your true age. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on bet999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Your deposit, wallet balance, bet stakes and winnings are all denominated in PKR.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank.

bet999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. bet999 is not responsible for any fees charged by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank. Deposits from unverified sources or suspicious funding patterns may trigger a review before funds are made available for betting.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bet999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions which are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Accepting a bonus means you accept the wagering requirements attached to it.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bet999 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 matches, Test cricket and one-day internationals — as well as football, esports and other selected sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on the platform.

• A bet is final and binding once you have confirmed it and received a bet confirmation ID.
• Bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is offered and accepted before the event concludes.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes in the market.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules detailed in the sports section of the platform.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — caused by a technical fault, data feed failure or human error — bet999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
